Ceddesfeld Wharf
Ceddesfeld is set in the late 1950's somewhere on an ex GWR branchline. The single platform station is kept busy as it's now the end of a cut back branchline, although there is talk of reopening the line to the new housing estate in the next town. The station master is keeping a watchful eye over the workers installing the new station signs, however the old GWR ones can still be seen discarded if you look closely. Beside the station is the family run coal yard which still sees regular coal trains bringing in domestic coal for the local area. A coal loading platform at the station is used occasionally to provide coal for one of the local steam locomotives that are still working, although it won't be long until that's a thing of the past.
The dual gauge transfer line for the factory beside the canal is accessed from a siding beside the coal yard. The factory's own narrow gauge locomotives can be seen moving wagons to the canal dock or off into the factory. Tank wagons, box vans, and coal wagons can all be seen getting shunted into the siding regularly. A canal boat berthed in the basin is also being loaded up while the crew watch the wagons rolling past.
